Instructor Agreement

This Instructor Agreement outlines the terms under which you may offer courses on Mindspath Academy.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to provide educational content.

2. Course Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant the Platform a license to host, market, and distribute it. You affirm that your content does not infringe upon others’ rights.

3. Revenue Share
You will receive 80% of the net revenue for paid course enrollments if the sale comes through your coupon or referral link, and 50% if the student finds the course via Mindspath Academy ads (that is “Platform-Driven Sales”), after transaction fees.

4. Payments
Payouts are made monthly. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.

5. Content Standards
Courses must meet our quality guidelines and may be reviewed for compliance.

6. Conduct
You agree to interact respectfully with learners and not misrepresent your qualifications.

7. Termination
We may remove your content or account if you breach this Agreement.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Platform from any legal claims related to your content or actions.
